Many people think that the highest offer equals the best deal. Unfortunately, this isn’t always true. Sometimes lower offers may actually be a better deal because they come with fewer contingencies.

What are contingencies? Those are added necessities attached to the sale that work in the buyer’s interest. For example, they may offer a higher buying price than someone else, but it’s contingent on the inspection of your home

When selling your home, you have to make it appealing. Staging is essential in order to convince potential buyers that they could see themselves living in the home.

When everything is full of clutter, people are less inclined to fall in love with the place. Make it look like something out of a magazine!
